Skewered shrimp is one of the easiest recipes out there.
This tasty meal only takes up to 10 minutes to make and will have your mouth
watering with great tasting flavor. This meal is classic and clean when plated
but adds colour to any plain old dish.Many people believe in order to make skewered shrimp successfully it must be done on the BBQ, and this my friend is simple not true.So if your hungry and are feeling for shrimp; make this dish, you won't regret it.
What you will need
- Peeled Shrimp
- salt
- Kebab sticks
- Green peppers , yellow peppers
- Black pepper
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
Instructions
Step1. defrost shrimp under water for 2 to 3 minutes
Step 2. dry shrimp and season them with 1 tsp of black pepper and ½ a tsp of salt and 2 tsp of lemon juice and place it into a zip lock bag.
Step 3. Let the shrimp soak into the seasoning for at least ½ an hour
Step 4. Put the shrimp threw the skewers and add your preferred vegetables on as well, creating a pattern.
Step 5. Lightly glaze the grill with Pam spray oil and place your shrimp kebab stick on top and into the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 7 minutes on till the shrimp have fully changed colour
