1.       Make sure the potatoes has been cleaned, before doing any cooking. Once clean use a fork to prick the potatoes numerous times around each potatoes.

2.       Lightly spread your cooking oil evenly around the potatoes and them put them into the microwave to cook for 12 minutes.

3.       During this time chop up your bacon into even edible sizes, some people prefer them extreme tiny why others like to leave them a bit bigger. Place your bacon pieces into a frying pan to cook until it fits your liking, some people prefer they’re bacon crisp while others may not, once bacon is cooked lower the heat and added in your chopped scallions to heat up for approximately 1 to 2 minutes.

4.       Once the potatoes have cooled for five minutes slice the potatoes in half and use and ice cream scoop or potatoes scoop to make an empty middle whole into the potatoes, fill the whole of the potatoes with scallops and bacon and then reinsert the removed potatoes.

3. While your oven is pre-heating take a clear plastic bag and pour in your shake and bake mix into the bag ,( by purchasing shake and bake mixes from the store this allows you to save some extra time because of branfs like No Name)

4.Take chickens individually and place it in the bag of shake and bake and shake the bag till the chicken leg or breast is now completely coated , reapeat this step until all chicken pieces are coated evenly.

5.Now lay tin foil on your baking sheet to avoid the chicken from sticking onto the pan and lightly oil it with cooking, then lay your chickens onto the pan and rotate the side of the chicken after 20 minutes when chicken until chicken is golden brown and juices are running.

Tacos

Taco’s anyone?

Taco’s in my opinion is one of the best things to serve at a party or a hangout with friends.Making tacos gets everyone involved around the dinner table and takes stress of the hostess on preparing the perfect meal. Taco’s allow you to become creative with your toppings allowing you to make your own recipe. There are many types of taco’s people sell and make today astray from the typical ground beef taco. The variety consists of but no limited to chicken, fish, pork, and shrimp. You name it and it has probably been done already, so don’t be afraid and create your very own twist to it.

Things you will need
  • Tortillas
  • Ground beef (or your choice of meat)
  • Onions
  • Salsa (optional)
  • Lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Grated cheese
  • Seasoning for meat
Steps

1.       Season ground beef with your preffered seasonings, I used black pepper, onions,

2.       Pour your ¼ cup of water into the pan when beef begins stick

3.       Stir the beef every so often to ensure it is not sticking to the pan

Nachos

NACHOS

I’m hoping everyone has had a great Super Bowl weekend filled with fun, sportsmanship and of course great food. Many of you probably watched the big game at a bar or at a friends house and probably had some really good snacks, am I right? Well here is a way for you to enjoy those nachos at the bar without being at the bar or spending as much money.
This week I prepared a meal that I think everyone would enjoy having during the Super Bowl and also on a weekend hanging out with friends and family. Nachos are a simple snack that can be altered to anyone’s taste buds because of the unlimited vareity of options and toppings you can have. This meal takes minutes to prepare which is also an added bonus if you're In need of a quick snack.
Bon appetite

What you’ll need:

Ingredients: tortilla chips, toppings of your choice, and grated Cheddar cheese
Popular toppings: green peppers, sour cream, guacamole, Pinto beans, chicken, beef, salsa
Utensils: grater, baking tin
Steps
Step 1: Place tortillas flat on the baking tin until it covers the sheet

Step 2: spread your desired toppings over the tortillas

Step 3: place cheese all over your desired toppings

Step 4: put your nachos into the oven for approximately 5 - 10 minutes so the cheese can melt and the tortillas can become crispy.

Now go ahead and enjoy this quick and easy snack!

This was personally my favorite meal to eat and prepare during the Super Bowl because I was able to make more during the half time show without missing the game. This meal doesn’t require much attention or cooking ability to make. I also feel if your guests or guest is picky eater it’s easy to make them a separate bowl of nachos with toppings they like. I will definitely be making this meal again sometime soon.

xoxo Thanks for joining me for dinner time

It's Dinner Time - Homemade Pizza

Fast food is pretty amazing in the sense that you wait less than 15 minutes to get your meal and you’re out the store or threw the drive thru. But anyone who’s ever made homemade pizza or tasted it before can definitely agree with me that homemade pizza is definitely worth the time.

This was my first time making my own homemade pizza but I’ve tasted a few, so I had  a good idea on how the finished product should look like smell and taste. I also had some good oll help from YouTube videos.
Hmm hungry yet? If so follow the recipe and instructions below trust me you will not be disappointed or still hungry after this meal.

Step One: Decide if your making your pizza from scratch or store bought this will make a difference in your prepping stage. I made mine from scratch minus the dough because that makes a whole day to make. Once you have your dough you must flatten it to how thick  or thin you would like your crust. I  made mine thin because it takes less time to cook that way.

Step Two: After flattening and creating the shape of your pizza dough ( circle or square) you make your sauce. I made my sauce from tomatoes and a few other herbs listed in my recipe page. You can use that or a good old pizza sauce from your local grocery store, whatever you prefer.

Step Three: Decide on your toppings and what sizes youd like to cut them to be( I cut my toppings pretty small because I didn’t want it to be to heavy on the dough and also for it to cook faster)

Step Four: Now that you’ve done your prepping place your tomato sauce onto the dough (put as much sauce as like on your pizza while using your discretion).

Step Five: I personally place my toppings on first and then the cheese, but you can do it however you feel most comfortable. I place mine under neath because I think it allows the toppings not to fall and I think it looks nicer, but that’s just my preference.

Step Six: place the cheese all over the pizza until it covers all the toppings

Step Seven: place in pre heat oven of 350 degrees and leave it for approximately 15-20 minutes, make sure you check your oven every so oftened though. You can also tell when the edges of your crust have turned a golden brown.
