Who doesn’t like a good ol burger? Today for dinner I will
be making a good o’l home made burger. When people think of burgers, I’m sure greasy
and unhealthy are the frist few words that come to mind. And I’m here to tell
you, you’re probably right, but a little of “junk food” once in awhile won’t
hurt, promise.
Ingredients
1lb of ground beef
Slice of cheese
1 pinch of salt
2 pinches of ground pepper
½ an onion chopped up
1 egg beaten
1 ½ spoons of paprika
1 tsp of Djon mustard
Steps
Step 1. Pour all your ingredients into a bowl including the
ground beef, and mix them up
Step 2. After the ingredients is mixed well ( each side of
the beef looks seasoned equally) create the sizes of your beef burger, 1lb of
ground beef is able to make for decent size burgers, but if you want to create
sliders (smaller burgers) you can create smaller round balls of ground beef
Step 3. Place Beef burgers into your pan or as some may call
skillet on high heat and let it cook for approximately 4 to 5 minutes on each side;
you will know each side is done when the beef changes color from red to dark
brown evenly on one side
Step 4. After your burgers are done , feel free to place it
on any bun you prefer, white or whole wheat, and all the toppings of your
choice .
