This Sunday for dinner we had beef Teriyaki with noodles.
This meal may sound complicated but it was really simple and only required approximately
half an hour to cook. This meal is great if you want something filling to eat but not to heavy on your stomach. I personally enjoy this meal because you can add all sorts of your favorite vegetables to pan without taking away great flavor from the recipe.
- 12 ounces of Beef
- 1 pack of Ramen noodles
- Carrots sliced thinly
- Broccoli
- Green peppers chopped up medium size
- 1 tablespoon of cilantro
- 2 cans of beef broth
- Snow peas (optional)
Instructions
Step 1. Slice ground beef up and add your preferred seasons
into pan, also add your chopped onions, cook beef until it turns brown , then
drain the fat from the pan.
Step 2. Pour in your
teriyaki sauce , beef broth , carrots, broccoli and green peppers into the pan , and let
it boil, stir it continuously.
Step 3. Remove your ramen noodle from the package and separate
into piece to make it easier to break down and cook. Cook noodles according to package directions.( I boiled mine for 3 to 5 minutes then drained it.)
Step 4. Once noodles are fully cooked and drained from excess water place it into the other pan and mix it with the other ingredients previously added.
Thanks for dining with me
